| Recently while sorting through papers and notebooks I found poems I had written years ago. Johnny's World is one of those poems. I had put it aside because I thought that the last four lines needed to rhyme like the rest of the poem and I couldn't come up with a good rhyming ending. The last few lines don't rhyme but I like the way it ends. |

| This poem was written after my son took a picture taken at the carnival to school. Rereading the poem brings back fond memories. And unlike other carnival souvenirs that picture is still around. |
